There are a few supplies & tools that it can never hurt to have, when you want to remodel your bathroom by yourself. Have them on hand, & your day may go by a lot smoother. & if you lack experience, though, you can watch online tutorials on how to get a remodel done, or even read books or ask professionals to swing by your place for a consultation, at no cost. Anyways, in terms of items you'll need in your inventory, to get the job started, consider the following: an unused safety mask, with gloves & goggles, of course, should be first on your list, followed up by a caulking gun & some sealant (of silicone). Then, after that, it might not hurt to have a strong tape measure, as you'll need to properly take measurements before taking anything out or putting anything in, respectively.
Next, you will need to come across a spackle & a spackle knife, along with a hammer. See if you can get a stud finder & a pry bar, as well – never know when you might need them here. & also, it's not a bad idea to have a nice, big bucket sitting around, so that you can either fill up & wet a sponge or rag with, use to store trash or other parts falling off, or anything else. Get a power drill, too, & add it to the mix. This'll speed up the process overall. & you might also want to carry an extension cord & leave it nearby as you do your work on that bathroom.
