Edward's Enterprises' labor rates for hourly home remodeling projects:

 

Start at $95* an hour Per Employee, 3 Hour Minimum.

 
Rates listed above are the usual check or cash rates per hour for labor charged to our customers for residential home remodeling projects (not including dump disposal fees or materials).
 
Large home remodels will normally need an onsite consultation before starting any work.

Remodel Residential Interior Facelift Doors - RemodelingWe charge for all time allotted to a customer's project, including purchasing & delivering materials, or offsite work like painting lumber prior to an installation, or for the time to dispose of debris. This allows us to take on smaller projects for our residential property remodel clients, rather than only lump sum projects with much higher minimums to show up.

*Hourly charge is from $95 to $115 or more PER EMPLOYEE depending on the work site zip code.Some restrictions do apply, like same-day, weekend or after-hours service or customers with pre-arranged billing arrangements.

    Great Question! Edward's Enterprises Remodeling is usually available:

     

    Office: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm by phone in our office to schedule projects & ask questions about remodel projects.

     
    Field: As far as scheduling work, for our typical rates listed above (I know we didn't skip that section) we normally schedule work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm (holidays, meetings, kids with flus may affect availability).

    Remodel Residential Exterior Finish Carpentry - RemodelingMost projects get a 3 hour window of arrival, so expect something like 7am to 10am, or 10am to 1pm, or even 12pm to 3pm window.
     
    We are available for emergency work based on a first come first serve system & whether or not we have a crew available. Expect to pay more for these types of calls (we have employees & overtime is what it is).
     
    If you need us to come outside of those times, expect to pay a bit more, or experience different restrictions like job minimums, etc.

    New big windows, new deck, or awesome new paint? Design your Landscaping to show it off. For windows, choose plants that are not too tall or that frame the window well – the right plant can also improve looking out from the window. It's all about getting that 'right look & feel', & making it come across…make sure to have the proper accent wall, borders, & paint color are lined up & ready to go! Make everything complement & accentuate ; that's the key here.
     
    For new paint, choose a colorful flower or bush that makes the new house color pop! What style is your home? Research styles of Landscaping to increase the aesthetic of your home & play with combinations. Cottage style homes usually have a quaint & groomed lawn, but what about a natural garden full of diverse plants & flowers to add dimension & fun? Anything can go, & you alone have the final say in the matter.
     
    Also remember to make good use of any rocks lying around, spreading them out evenly & beautifully. Distribute them by the front or back walkway. Make a path with them. Get creative on this.

    A couple, Joe & Melissa P. turned a 100 year old abandoned house, who's last occupant was in 1970, into a beautiful restoration during their engagement & wedding planning.
