Home Patio Pressure Washing &
Sidewalk Pressure Cleaning

Hello!

Edward’s Enterprises is a General Contractor & Hourly Handyman here to help you with your small home or sidewalk pressure washing service.

We focus on the smaller pressure washing projects rather than large commercial or parking lot services, so our rates are usually lower than the big guys who have large truck mounted units or expensive heated steam machines.

Learn how our eager team of employees work together on Steps & stairs pressure washing down below.

Ready? Let’s go!

Ahh, the fresh outdoors! When it comes to cleaning off your pool deck, Edward’s Enterprises can help our customers with:

  • Cold pressure washing home sidewalks

  • Cleaning driveway stains

  • Rinsing down outdoor furniture

  • Spraying off stubborn concrete algae

  • Cleaning home decks & patios

  • Steps & stairs pressure washed

  • Block walls & masonry cleaned

  • Garage floors cold rinsed down

  • Prep fencing for paint

  • Spray down walkways

Our service is ideal for small areas in your front or backyard like a patio cover to prepare it for painting or a side yard that has been recently cleaned out & needs a quick pass with over 3000 PSI.

Residential cold water pressure washing of sidewalks, patios, or fences can give a property a fresh clean appearance. It is a terrific solution to increase property value or as a yearly clean-up.

Why rent when you can have one of our employees bring the machine right to you? & you save time with one of our pressure wash service calls, rather than spending your own time on scrubbing the areas yourself. Stubborn spots can get extra attention, & we can manually agitate with concrete cleaning product prior to cleaning to help loosen grease & grime.
We want to talk with you about your residential pressure washing ideas. Try us by phone to go over the details of your patio cover spray cleaning plans!

Rates Edward’s Enterprises charge for home sidewalk pressure washing calls start at:

Start at $99* for the 1st hour of each trip & $69 an hour after that (that’s for 1 employee)

Hourly rates shown above are the typical cash or check rates for minor cleaning & pressure washing of concrete sidewalks, deck furniture, patio covers & more (not including dump disposal fees or materials). There is an additional equipment charge for all pressure washing service calls not included in the hourly rate. Some pressure wash jobs are too large (needing major degreasing & scrubbing) or high (second story patio cover, etc.) for 1 employee to handle, so we would send 2 of our employees to your home at higher rates than listed above.

We charge for the time needed for a client’s project, including providing or delivering materials or for the time to haul away left over trash. This allows us to handle small jobs for our landscape customers, rather than only lump sum projects with much higher minimums to show up.

Thanks to our processing partner PayPal, we do accept most major credit & debit cards now! Rates are slightly higher, please call our office for all of the details.

*From $99 to $119 is the first hour of work charge depending on zip code of the job location. Locations outside of our area of service will be charged additional travel costs. Some exclusions do apply, like after hours, same-day or weekend service or customers with pre-arranged billing agreements. We would be happy to answer any of your pricing inquiries, please call for details!

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
We have availability after hours & on weekends for emergencies by phone.

Great Question! Edward’s Enterprises is usually available for backyard work:

Office: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday by phone in our office to schedule landscaping projects & ask questions about outdoor repair services.

Field: As far as scheduling work appointments, for our typical rates listed above (I know we didn’t skip that section) we normally schedule work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm (holidays, meetings, kids with flus may affect availability).

Most backyard gardening projects get a 2 hour window of arrival, so expect something like 7:00am to 9:00am, or 10:00am to 12:00pm, or even 1:00pm to 3:00pm window.

We are available for emergency yard clean up work based on a first come first serve system & whether or not we have a crew available. Expect to pay more for these types of calls (we have employees & overtime is what it is).

If you need us to come outside of our regular times, expect to pay a bit more, or experience different restrictions like job minimums, etc.

To check if Edward’s Enterprises can handle a gardening or sprinkler request at your store, office or home, you can check a few places:

There is a helpful site menu drop down called “Cities”. Select that & you can see if your city is in our “service area”.

You can review the city list at the bottom of the page.

You can call us at 805-987-2441 & give us your “exact” coordinates.

If you don’t see your community on the list, but you’re close by give us a call. We may be able to service your outdoor clean up or repair request for an additional travel charge and/or minimum hour charge.

A pressure washer can be used with only water & compressed air to avoid potentially hazardous chemicals or solutions to that may pose safety hazards as well as create damage.

Instead of completely replacing filthy walkways or structures, a good pressure wash can restore these to their original state, followed by an additional protective sealing to prolong the life.

Close all windows & doors firmly to prevent water from seeping in because leakage of water into the building could cause internal water damage.

Remove all vehicles from the surrounding area of where the pressure washing will be taking place.
