Does the toilet rock every single time that you use it? Many times, this has just been caused by an unevenness in the floor around the toilet. Do something about that with a service like ours. It'll take of your problem right away! Think of whether you want a toilet that sticks close to the ground, or something up a little higher, & how each can affect the overall 'rocking' process, generally. Know that low-flow toilets, nine times out of ten, from what we've seen, are a lot easier to put in, remove, & maintain. & they don't seem to cause as many issues as other kinds, respectively…think about it.
If you are sure it isn't just a loose floor bolt, plastic toilet shims can be purchased from your local hardware store & installed as needed to reduce movement in the toilet (while not always necessary, if a customer has a rocking toilet we prefer to remove & replace the wax seal at this time to prevent voids created by the movement of the bowl over time that could let out sewer gas). A little caulking can hold the shims in place. Try it & see.
WAITING can lead to WADING: Repairing small issues when they are first noticed can protect from the risk of further damage occurring which could lead to larger issues requiring replacements or renovations.
Many customers who report large losses due to flooding report that they saw or were aware of a leaky pipe, or old water heater, or blocked drain in the days, weeks or months leading up to a claim but thought that they had time to handle it, only to come home from a weekend away to quite the surprise. Don't let a small toilet leak lead to a new indoor swimming pool!
TOO little, TOO big, JUST right: “Handypersons” can only do a home improvement project up to a value of $500.00. That includes the materials, limiting the scope of what would be considered a “Handyperson” task. Larger projects must be handled by licensed contractors, protecting the homeowners if there is any issue with the work done.
Unfortunately many larger contractors only focus on large remodels or new construction. Our company helps the clients in the middle, who want a licensed & insured service & repair provider to handle their improvement tasks, from small hourly repairs up to kitchens & bathroom remodels.
What makes a good handyman?
The most fundamental qualification for a good handyman is a license. In addition to making sure your handman is licensed, bonded, & insured, it is also a good idea to review his history online. Make sure he is someone you can trust.

What do you call a handyman?
Who is a handyman?
As the name suggests, a handyman is someone good with his hands. It's someone who does all sorts of call-up jobs, either repairs or maintenance. Often confused, a handyman can be an employed guy or someone who is useful in fixing stuff in his house. It's a person you'd call upon to come to apply his skills to fix something for you.
Handyman projects
There are several projects that handymen take part in. They include assembling of furniture, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, painting, & carpentry. Both plans require different sets of skills, & it is upon you to know who to call.

1. Market projection – these are jobs given to handyman agencies, including interior projects such as fixing shelves & kitchen cabinets in homes.
2. Independent operators – these tasks are for individuals who usually dominate in a particular area, & they get all the fixing tenders there.
3. Franchise businesses – these are large projects given to companies that include the installation of structures.
4. Assessments jobs – these are more of maintenance for a wrongly done job.
