Start at $100* an hour Per Employee, 3 Hour Minimum.

 
Hourly rates shown above are the typical cash or check rates for minor repairing or cleaning out raingutters (not including dump disposal fees or materials).

Landscaping Rain Gutter Broken Repair - LandscapingWe charge for the time needed for a client's project, including providing or delivering materials or for the time to haul away left over trash. This allows us to handle small jobs for our landscape customers, rather than only lump sum projects with much higher minimums to show up.
 
Thanks to our processing partner PayPal, we do accept most major credit and debit cards now! Rates are slightly higher, please call our office for all of the details.

*From Hourly charge is from $100 to $125 or more PER EMPLOYEE depending on the work site zip code.Locations outside of our area of service will be charged additional travel costs.

    When are you available for work?

    Great Question! Edward's Enterprises is usually available for backyard work:

     

    Office: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday by phone in our office to schedule landscaping projects and ask questions about outdoor repair services.

     
    Field: As far as scheduling work appointments, for our typical rates listed above (I know we did not skip that section) we normally schedule work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm (holidays, meetings, kids with flus may affect availability).

    Landscaping Rain Gutter Cleaning Leaves - LandscapingMost backyard gardening projects get a 3 hour window of arrival, so expect something like 7:00am to 10:00am, or 10:00am to 1:00pm, or even 12:00pm to 3:00pm window.
     
    We are available for emergency yard clean up work based on a first come first serve system and whether or not we have a crew available. Expect to pay more for these types of calls (we have employees and overtime is what it is).
     
    If you need us to come outside of our regular times, expect to pay a bit more, or experience different restrictions like job minimums, etc.

    Preventing Your Gutters from Freezing
     
    Although icicles may look pretty hanging from your gutters, they can do serious damage to your home. Here are some tips to help prevent this damage.
     
    Properly Sloped Gutters
     
    The correct slope of a rain gutter will allow water to drain properly to the downspout eliminating the possibility of freezing
     
    Clean Gutters
     
    Prior to the cold weather setting in be sure to clean the gutters, wet leaves will damn the water and not allow the water to flow out.
     
    Rock Salt
     
    Consider sprinkling some rock salt in your gutters, it will melt the ice just as it does on driveways and walkways.
     
    Snow removal from the roof
     
    When a large blizzard hits it is almost impossible to keep the gutters clear. One way to keep them snow free is to remove the snow as soon as possible. You may consider investing in a roof rake to help with this project.
     
    Heated Gutter Cables
     
    Despite all you have done, if you continue to have a problem with ice forming in the gutters you may consider purchases a heated cable. Stringing the cable on the top of the gutter will melt the ice and allow the water to flow.

    When should you get gutters cleaned?
     
    The typical time to clean your gutters should be late in spring, and early in autumn, that istwice a year. However, conditions such as leaking gutters and mold, damaged roofs and fascias, water erosions, and cracks in your driveway and bird nests and bugs can call for an early cleaning.
