$89.00* for the
first hour (each trip, 1 employee)
$49.00* an hour after that (1 employee)
These are the
typical cash
or check hourly rates for
labor we charge our customers for home siding replacements
and repairs
(not including materials). Our repairs
and
installations
are charged on a time and material basis. That includes all of
the
time for your project, including sourcing materials if they are needed.
If
a larger job or project required 2 workers due to schedule, reach (2
story homes) or customer or contractor preference based on scope, so we
would send 2 or more of
our employees to your home at higher rates than stated above.
*Some exclusions
do apply, like
commercial companies that are billable, cities not listed in our city
coverage list above, or
for
same-day, after hours or weekend service. Call and we
would be happy to answer all of your pricing questions!

* Vinyl Siding is the least expensive of siding materials. It gives the
most clean looking home and offers many customizing options and colors.
It is very easy to maintain as it is not heavily affected by variable
weather conditions so it will never rot or discolor.
* Wood siding is very rich in color and appearance. It is costly to
install and requires heavy maintenance in order for it to retain its
natural appeal. If proper maintenance and care is given, wood siding
contributes to creating a beautiful home. The entire aesthetics of the

* Cement
siding is more durable than wood, vinyl, and, aluminum, and at the same
time can provide the traditional wood grain appearance. Maintenance is
low since most cement fiber sidings come from the factory already
finished with a sealing coat. It does not warp, bend, or fade, and is
available in various textures, profiles, and colors that can be matched
to your individual desgin requirements.
