rates we charge for loading and unloading help and clean up services
$139.00* for the
first hour (each trip, 2 employees)
$79.00* an hour after that (2 employees)
These are the

labor we charge our customers for moving and clean-out services
(not including materials). Our packing
help and clean
up services are charged on a time and
material basis. That includes all of
the
time for your project, including sourcing materials if they are needed.
*Some exclusions
do apply, like
commercial companies that are billable, cities not listed in our city
coverage list above, or
for
same-day, after hours or weekend service. Call and we

How to get ready for moving
1. Make sure to
notify the post office of your changed address. Ask the people moving
in after you to forward any mail that slips through. Don't forget to
let friends, family, and companies know you are moving!
2. Change the address on your driver's license.
3. Plan a garage sale before you move to get rid of any unwanted or
unneeded belongings.
4. Think about the floor plan of your new house and make a chart so
that you will know where each box should go on moving day.
5. Use your time wisely, and start little by little as soon as possible
so that you are not rushed at the last minute.
6. Make arrangements for your pets on the day of the move.
7. Keep important papers with you so that they do not get lost in the
move or accidentally thrown away.
8. Stock up on packing supplies. These include moving boxes, bubble
wrap, newspaper, packing foam, packing tape, and any other supplies you
might need.
9. Try to move during the week because more services are open like the
bank, government offices, and utilities in the event that you run into
any problems.

Moving Help Tips:
When moving, be
clear with labeling your items. Whether you sort them yourself or
assign a hired mover to do so, this will help the moving process
because certain items benefit from a specific arrangement (such as
heavier items on the bottom and fragile items cushioned and marked).
Doing this will ultimately help you and your mover protect things
during transit and locate them faster when unpacking.
